Please read carefully before booking an appointment

No Guest / Children / Pets

Due to the nature of the detailed artistic services, I kindly request that you respect the 'No Guest' policy and arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. Only those with appointments are allowed in. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping centers nearby, if your guest(s) wishes to wait for you to complete your procedure. For the health and safety of your children and relaxation of our guests, we ask that you do not being children due to cross-contamination and interruption. we love our 4 legged friends but no pets allowed.

Deposit

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment for Microblading, Omber Powder, Hybrid/Combo Brows and Tattoo Removal. The deposit will be used as a guarantee for your appointment. Deposits will be applied towards the cost of your service or carried over to be used at a future appointment. Should you not show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without 72 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non refundable, no exceptions.

Rescheduling Appointment

If you reschedule within 3 days of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit for your next appointment. If rescheduling your appointment outside of the 3 day window, you may transfer your deposit to a new date once. After you transfer your deposit to a new date, it is then no longer transferable.. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand that last minute changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. Deposit are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

Any appointments cancelled within (3 Days) of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. You will need to book a new appointment online and pay a new deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Same day Cancellation

If you cancel the same day or do not show, you will be charged the remaining balance for your appointment.

Tardiness

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel the same day of your appointment you will be charged for the full amount.

No Refunds / No Guarantees

As with any cosmetic procedure, London's Brow by Elizabeth LLC does not issue refunds or give guarantees. As everyones skin is different, we cannot guarantee any result. Any and all payments or deposits are non-refundable.

Previous Tattoo

If you have a previous tattoo, please let me know prior to your appointment. Please send and submit to Info@londonsbrows.com clear photos to get approved before booking . All previous work is considered a full service and subjected to an extra charge. This involved color correction and reshaping the brow. There is a possibility that you are not a candidate for microblading or any other service. Your deposit will not be refunded if you come to an appointment and are not a candidate for any other services.

Touch Up Policy

Touch ups are not included in my price. Touch ups are no sooner than 5 weeks and no later than 6 months after your 1st visit. If your touch up isn't done in the allotted time period, it's considered a new appointment and charged full price. There are no exceptions to this policy.

TOUCH UP PRICING: (2nd session)

TOUCH UP PRICING

Within 6-10 weeks of initial session $249

If you miss the 10 week mark the touch up is $297

After 6 month $320

After 1 year: $459

YEARLY TOUCH UP

A yearly touch up is for a client who has already completed the full procedure (1st & 2nd Session) and after a year would like to get a fresh color boost or go darker and bolder. The price for yearly touch up rate can vary or change based on what the artist is charging at that time. If you DID NOT have your initial (2nd session) touch up after your first session, a yearly touch up rate will not apply to you and your rate is stated above under Touch Up Pricing (2nd Session)

Yearly touch ups are not required as some clients enjoy their brows as they fade over 3 years.

CANCELING TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS

Cancelled within (3 Days) of appointment date will be charged $100 fee to reschedule a touch up appointment.
